Caliber Service Center in Santa Cruz is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from minor dents to frame rebuilds, and ensure panel alignment and factory-spec finishes. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to move vehicles efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and proper welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
