Job summary

Caliber Collision Crown Point is hiring a skilled collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will perform blueprinting, structural repairs, and meticulous reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move cars efficiently through the shop.

Requirements include at least two years of experience repairing wrecks, frame and structural know-how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 2 years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; can pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work; correct bent, twisted or torn parts.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish meets standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to policies.
