A strong team orientation is essential to move cars efficiently through the shop. The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, frame know-how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years repairing wrecks into road-ready cars.
• Frame and structural knowledge with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Commitment to doing it right the first time with no shortcuts.
• Strong attention to bolts, welds, and final alignment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying physically fit.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters and estimators.
• US work eligibility with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars through workflow.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and uphold safety standards.
• Support accident repair operations as part of the business.
