Qualifications

• At least two years of frame and collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
• Blueprint repairs accurately and without shortcuts.
• Attention to precise bolts, welds and alignment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Work on panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
