Caliber Collision's Green Bay service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, frame straightening, panel work and precise reassembly, collaborating with a team to move vehicles efficiently and safely.

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds and finish to spec.
• Physically fit; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
