Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair know-how; pull, straighten, square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Provide quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at the location.
