Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for our Redding East Service Center. Join a team that handles full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—and work with modern equipment.

You will be paid weekly with a flag rate up to $28–$34, and you’ll gain training (I-CAR, ASE), benefits from day one, time off, and growth opportunities in a supportive shop culture.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
