Job summary

Caliber's Reedley Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles from fenders to frames, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to ensure top quality.

We offer competitive pay up to $28 per hour, weekly pay, day-one benefits, PTO and holidays, and training such as I-CAR and ASE certifications to help you advance your career in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to tight bolts, precise welds, and no excuses.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude working with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
