Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves disassembly, planning repairs, and performing body work to ensure quality results.

The position requires 2–3 years of collision repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset. Expect use of hand and power tools and adherence to safety standards while delivering timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and plan repairs.
• Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
• Mend damaged body by hammering out or welding parts; ensure gaps and fits are to industry standards; reassemble after painting.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools; inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
• Comply with all Classic Collision procedures and safety guidelines.
