Caliber Collision's Service Center in Broken Arrow is hiring for skilled auto body technicians. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle full collision work from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and perform panel and structural work to factory specs. A teamwork-driven environment keeps cars moving and customers satisfied.

We value detail, safety, and quality welds. Eligible candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame straightening and structural repair expertise.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on tight bolts and proper welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
