Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Columbia - Northeast in the Washington, DC area seeks skilled auto body technicians to repair vehicles to factory specs. You’ll blueprint, align frames, repair panels, and ensure quality finishes as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and quality finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish touches for proper fit and look.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the shop floor.
• Restoration of vehicles into road-ready condition is the daily focus.
