Caliber Collision's Service Center Columbia - Greystone in the United States is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to blueprint and repair panels, restore frames, and deliver factory-spec alignments.

You will join a collaborative shop with modern equipment and a focus on quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Training opportunities, I-CAR/ASE credentials, and a supportive team help you grow while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep work area safe and tidy.
