Based in Fremont, you’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars safely through repair stages, using modern equipment and adhering to safety standards. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing and returning vehicles to road-ready condition.
• Frame and structural know-how to straighten and square components.
• Commitment to correct, first-time fixes.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to major.
• Perform panel alignment and structural work.
• Ensure final reassembly with quality finishes.
