Job summary

ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac in Ballwin, MO is seeking a full-time Body Shop Estimator to handle incoming collision repair estimates with timely, accurate appraisals and a strong knowledge of the automotive repair industry.

The position offers full benefits, a production bonus, and a competitive salary with 75K+ depending on experience. You will contribute to a professional staff and provide excellent customer service to repair orders and DRPs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of automotive collision estimator experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Estimate parts and labor using standard manuals and repair knowledge.
• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage across systems.
• Review repair-cost estimates with Body Shop Manager and handle insurance forms.
• Schedule work for technicians and perform spot checks for quality.
• Provide superior customer service and promote ELCO's services.
• Maintain positive DRP relationships and prepare work orders accordingly.
