Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts handling and inventory
• Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket parts
• Ability to verify numbers, pricing, and invoices
• Experience with dealership or collision center parts is a plus
• Proficient using inventory systems

Responsibilities

• Order OEM, aftermarket, and collision repair parts
• Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage
• Verify part numbers, pricing, quantities, and invoices
• Match and stage parts for vehicles and repair orders
• Track backordered and special-order parts
• Communicate parts status with estimators, technicians, and management
• Handle returns, credits, and incorrect or damaged parts
• Work with dealerships, manufacturers, and parts vendors
• Maintain an organized parts department and staging area
• Assist with inventory control and reconciliation
• Help prevent repair delays by proactively monitoring parts needs
