Job summary

Diehl Collision of Washington is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead parts operations at our collision repair facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. You will manage ordering, receiving, tracking, organization, and distribution of parts for OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts in coordination with estimators and technicians.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts management experience, strong organization, and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts management, preferably in a collision center.
• Knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts.
• Strong inventory management and data accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center parts operations.
• Order automotive collision and replacement parts.
• Source OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts as required.
• Verify part numbers, pricing, availability, and delivery dates.
• Receive, inspect, label, organize, and distribute parts.
• Coordinate parts orders with collision estimates and supplements.
• Maintain accurate parts records and documentation.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
