Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager at our Waco - Bagby Ave center. This role involves overseeing the entire operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards is essential.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of collision management experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Deep knowledge of the repair process and procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
