Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's operations. This includes risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance metrics, and reviewing past financial data to identify opportunities and trends. The Collision General Manager must ensure that our center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably, adhering to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partner guidelines, and industry standards.
