JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The General Manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented team members, monitor financial performance, and review past financial data to identify opportunities and trends. The role requires ensuring vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, in line with Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1.
• Deep knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, personable and friendly with internal and external customers.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
