Job Summary

Service Center: Jonesboro

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager. The role involves overseeing the operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensuring that vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards is essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
