Responsibilities

• Lead center performance through key metrics, quality, skills, and culture
• Manage change processes and stay updated on repair procedures and technologies
• Ensure staff performance and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Maintain safe, clean work environment
• Develop relationships with insurance contacts and referral points
• Participate in marketing and team activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years collision repair/auto body management experience
• Proven leadership and employee development skills
• Financial literacy, including reading P&L statements
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Valid driver's license and insurance eligibility
• Knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
• Occasional sitting and lifting up to 50 pounds
