Responsibilities:

The Collision Center General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our collision repair center. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operation of the collision center and maintain high-quality repair standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Uphold a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to excel in their roles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgetary aspects of the collision center and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications – Collision Center General Manager:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a collision repair center or automotive industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive repair industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive repair process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving success.
  • Proficient in industry-specific software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
