Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, a leader in collision and glass services, seeks a General Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and daily operations of the collision center. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety while aligning with company policies and KPI targets.

Responsibilities include leading staff, monitoring financials, and upholding the highest professional standards to deliver top-tier service to customers.

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.

The General Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met. They are responsible to coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and the General Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members. Manage store capacity.Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings .
