Caliber Collision in Waldorf, MD is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork before delivery. The role includes total loss administration and proactive communication of status updates to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The position offers industry-competitive pay up to $75,000 per year plus commission, with weekly pay and benefits from day one.

Formación

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork
• Finalise total loss administration and communication of post-repair status to customers
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards
