Job summary

Caliber Collision in Carlsbad is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and vehicle intake duties. The role includes finalizing paperwork, DRP, final invoices, and communicating post-repair plans.

You will ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid MV Appraisers License, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; sales experience is a plus.

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize DRP and final invoice, and administer total loss when needed.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers per guidelines.
