Job summary

Caliber Collision in Long Beach is seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will also finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair communications with customers, ensuring compliance with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Applicants should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post‑repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
