Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery. The role involves total loss administration and clear post-repair communications, in line with Caliber safety rules and standards.

The Estimator will leverage CCC1 or similar software, maintain sales focus, and ensure accurate, timely updates to customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
