Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in California to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and customer communications. You will check in vehicles, finalize DRP and total-loss paperwork, and provide status updates to customers while adhering to safety and company standards.

Our Estimators can earn $50,000 to $110,000 per year, with weekly pay, vacation and holidays, and access to training such as I-CAR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
