Job summary

Caliber Collision Woodcrest is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform duties including estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery, with post-repair communications to customers. All work complies with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing estimates, processing milestones, and maintaining customer updates while supporting continuous training and career growth opportunities within a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards
• Support ongoing communication throughout the repair process
