Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at Baker Ranch to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery. You will provide post-repair updates and ensure total loss and DRP administration are completed accurately.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a DMV license. This role emphasizes a strong sales orientation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write auto collision estimates for repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Finalize DRP, final invoice and total loss administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
