Caliber Collision Big Cove is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork for vehicle delivery. You will actively participate in DRP and total loss tasks and provide post-repair updates to customers.

This role emphasizes safety with company standards, including ongoing training and a strong focus on timely communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates and processing final customer paperwork.
• Checking in customer vehicles and providing status updates to customers.
• Finalizing total loss administration and DRP documentation.
