Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Overland Park, KS. The role includes writing estimates, reviewing repair processes, and coordinating vehicle check-ins and final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a license for Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers. CCC1 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
