Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Olathe, KS service center to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will coordinate with customers and shop teams to restore vehicles efficiently.

The ideal candidate has collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and licensing as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser. Training opportunities and industry-standard certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and final invoices.
• Conduct process reviews and track vehicle status throughout repair.
• Check in customer vehicles and assist with paperwork before delivery.
• Provide post-repair communication and status updates to customers.
