Caliber Collision in Olathe, KS is hiring a Collision Estimator to write repair estimates, review processes, and handle vehicle check-ins. You will finalize paperwork before vehicle delivery and manage total loss administration with clear post-repair communications to customers.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Knowledge of repair procedures and strong sales orientation are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs using CCC1 or similar software.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
