Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review repair processes, and manage customer communications from intake to delivery. You will finalize paperwork, oversee total loss administration as needed, and ensure accuracy and compliance with Caliber safety rules.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid license, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software. We offer paid holidays, training, and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and review processes.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage intake workflow.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Communicate post-repair plans and provide vehicle status updates to customers.
