Job summary

Caliber Collision Hampton is seeking a Collision Estimator Trainee to greet customers, assess needs and guide them through the repair process at our service center. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and coordinating customer transportation.

This entry‑level role emphasizes learning the collision industry with hands‑on experience in a production shop, while delivering world class service and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs
