Job summary

Caliber Collision in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Collision Estimator Trainee to greet customers, assess needs, and support estimators with vehicle documentation and communications. You will work in a fast-paced production shop and gain hands-on experience delivering quality repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and are 21 years or older. This position offers paid weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for career growth

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator Trainee to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
