You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, and paperwork while coordinating with customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and are 21 or older.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
