Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance for repairs while supporting Collision Estimators and coordinating vehicle drop-offs.

The role emphasizes welcoming, efficient service and adherence to SOPs and insurer guidelines, with opportunities for growth within a production shop. The position offers weekly pay and potential overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance for repairs and coordinate with Collision Estimators.
• Handle drop-offs, map/mark/photograph vehicles, arrange transportation, prepare paperwork and perform deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while following SOPs and partner guidelines.
