Archie’s Collision Center in Billings, MT, is seeking an enthusiastic Collision Estimator Trainee to start a career in auto body repair estimating. You will receive hands-on training to inspect vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and support the repair process.

You will learn to communicate with customers, technicians, parts vendors, and insurers, take photos, maintain documentation, and assist with parts ordering and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles or an interest in collision repair.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspecting vehicles and documenting collision damage.
• Learn to prepare accurate repair estimates using industry estimating software.
• Take clear photographs and maintain complete repair documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, parts vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Help explain repair estimates and timelines to customers.
• Monitor repairs and update estimates when additional damage is discovered.
• Support parts ordering and repair planning as needed.
• Follow company procedures and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain an organized and professional work area.
