Caliber Collision West St Paul, MN is seeking a Collision Estimator Trainee to greet customers, determine needs and guide them through repairs in a fast-paced shop environment. You will support Estimators by handling drop-offs, documenting vehicles and preparing paperwork, while arranging transportation and coordinating with customers, vendors and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
• Provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
