Job summary

Caliber Collision in Lake Havasu City is seeking a Collision Estimator Trainee to greet customers, assess needs and guide them through the repair process. You will assist Collision Estimators with vehicle intake, photography, paperwork, and coordinating transportation while delivering World Class service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license and are 21 or older.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Prepare paperwork and coordinate transportation and active customer deliveries
• Maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, vendors and clients to ensure efficient repairs
• Adhere to Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines
