Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Service Center Great Falls, MT. You will write estimates, review repair processes, and handle vehicle intake and final paperwork prior to delivery. You will also manage total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers in line with safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake tasks.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers.
