Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage repairs from intake through finalization in a fast-paced setting. You will educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures, prepare initial and final estimates, and ensure QC throughout the repair lifecycle.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to liaise with insurance partners, and proficiency with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems including CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights and safety.
• Complete initial and final estimates and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair order, handle paperwork and meet carrier requirements.
