Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Michigan City to write repair estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from check-in to final delivery. You will handle DRP paperwork, final invoices, and total loss administration while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a MVPD Appraisers License, with CCC1 software familiarity and strong sales orientation to support customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• CCC1 estimating software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and administer final invoices and paperwork.
• Review processes and update customers on vehicle status post-repair.
• Coordinate check-in of customer vehicles and finalize total loss documentation.
