Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers; comply with safety rules and company policies.
