• Ability to identify visible and hidden damage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle damage inspections and write estimates in Mitchell.
• Create supplements as new damage is identified.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, insurers, and customers.
• Source and order parts via PartsTrader and compare pricing.
• Verify OEM repair procedures and documentation.
• Document repairs and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters about estimates and decisions.
• Maintain timely completion of estimates and keep customers informed.
• Support production and management to optimize cycle time and profitability.
