Job summary

Toyota of Scranton is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our Collision Center. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, identify hidden damage, and communicate procedures and costs with customers, insurers, and technicians.

You will use estimating software, coordinate repairs, stay current with industry standards, and uphold our values of honesty and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced collision repair facility.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, structural repairs, vehicle systems, and estimating practices.
• Experience with collision estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Identify both visible and hidden damage.
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software.
• Communicate repair procedures and costs with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
• Coordinate repairs to ensure an efficient and timely repair process.
