Caliber Collision in Columbia, SC is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, review processes, and check in customer vehicles. You will complete final paperwork prior to delivery and manage total loss administration, providing post-repair plan communication with customers while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, may have sales experience, and holds a valid driver’s license with eligibility for company

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsabilités

• Write estimates for collision repairs
• Conduct process reviews and verify workflow
• Check in customer vehicles and document status
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with customers
