Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Durham - Northwest to perform estimating and related duties. You will write vehicle estimates, review processes, and manage paperwork from check-in to final invoicing, including total loss administration and customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, a valid MVPD Appraisers License, and a strong sales orientation. The role emphasizes safety, value, and timely updates to customers in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication including vehicle status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
